Collaborate with 25 customers (revolving bi-weekly) discussing client needs for tracking data.
Perform 10 customer conversions weekly; converting historical data from a variety of database types and importing into the new software (Extract, Transform and Load).

Connected with 2 community organizations to improve technical skills in developing and delivering more effective social integration programs for marginalized groups, specifically adults with mental illness and at-risk youth.
Collaborated with organization leaders to assess the needs of patients, participants and students.
Created and implemented the following projects to address community needs; advocacy through blogging, opportunities for social interaction, equipping 2 large kitchens for vocational training, and a sexual education initiative.
Wrote 5 grant proposals for above projects, resulting in $12,000 of funding from Rising Voices, USAID, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and Peace Corps’ Gender and Development Committee.
Designed and conducted trainings for organizational strengthening; 150 Romanian professionals developed skills in providing services to individuals with disabilities, using computers, active listening, teamwork, and/or English as a second language.
Served on the Peace Corps Romania Funding & Financing Committee; reviewed grant proposals and awarded USAID grant money to Romanian Peace Corps Volunteer projects.

Assist refugees in Minnesota and Wisconsin in completing the Affidavit of Relationship application for the family reunification program. This allows their families, still in refugee camps around the world, an opportunity to begin the vetting process to join them in the United States of America.

Provided college and career preparation for high school students from immigrant families.
